Product Features:
- Open hybrid design offers increased strength, improved approach angles, and a sleek profile.
- Precision-engineered using laser-scanned data for a CAD-modeled fit accurate to within 0.005 inches.
- Built with durable materials: 3/16" HRPO steel for the winch plate and skid supports, 1/4" HRPO steel for the main vertical supports and mounting plates, 11-gauge HRPO steel for the face plate, and 1.75" OD .120 wall HREW steel tubing.
- Designed around the Warn Zeon 8000 winch (10" x 4.5" mounting pattern, centered fairlead/spool); similar-sized winches may also fit, though the control box may require relocation.
- Mounting points are slightly oversized for adjustability during installation. New bolts and washers are included.
- Weight: Approximately 95 lbs (additional weight for grille guard tubing).
