2005-2015 Fortuner 2-inch Standard Series Long Travel Kit
Bolt-on +2 Standard Series long travel kit for the 2005-2015 Fortuner. Extended upper and lower control arms widen front track 2" per side and bolt to the factory mounting locations for 11.5" of front wheel travel with 4WD.
Upper and lower ball joints are upgraded to 1" TC stainless uniballs. Fully boxed and internally gusseted mild steel lower arms integrate a billet end to bolt on a machined 1" uniball adapter, and dual shock tabs let you add a TC bypass shock for more damping control.

- 1" I.D. uniballs with heat-treated stainless steel ball and race, military-grade PTFE woven liner
- Urethane pivot bushings with greaseable zerk fittings
- Dual shock tabs on lower arms for an optional TC external bypass shock
- 17-4 stainless hi-misalignment spacers, DOT-approved stainless steel braided brake lines, Grade 8 hardware
- Adjustable limit strap clevises to tune droop travel
- 3-stage powder coat with clear coat finish, hand crafted in the USA

- TC custom 4WD extended axles required to retain 4WD (machined from 4340, reuse factory CV joints, sold separately)
- Uses TC-specific 2.5" long travel coilovers that bolt to the factory coil bucket; extended-travel shocks are too short and will not work
