Bolt-on +3.25 Gen-II Caddy long travel kit for the 1988-2004 4WD Hilux. Chromoly tubular upper and internally gusseted plated lower control arms widen front track 3.25" per side and bolt to the factory mounting locations for 12" of front wheel travel. Eliminates the factory torsion bars and converts the front to 2.5" coilover shocks.

Upper and lower ball joints are upgraded to 1" TC stainless uniballs, dual shock tabs on the lower arms support an optional TC bypass shock, and urethane pivot bushings tighten steering response over stock rubber.

  • Pre-bent TC coilover conversion shock hoops (PN 95602) required, sold separately
  • T100 4WD axles required to retain 4WD, sold separately
  • Fiberglass fenders required
  • Uses TC-specific 2.5" long travel coilovers that bolt to the factory coil bucket; extended-travel shocks are too short and will not work
